WAVSYS is currently looking for Ericsson Node-B Field Technicians to work on multiple projects across the US.  To qualify you should have experience with the installation and integration of Ericsson Node-B equipment into customer sites.

The SOW includes installation and integration of Second Carrier Radios and all associated cables into Ericsson Node-B cabinets as well as installation and integration of the ETFMX-11 card into the Node-B.  Installation of JDSU NID into the network to power up HSPA+ service.

Ericsson Node-B installation, integration, and troubleshooting.
JDSU NID installation experience desired.
Use of Real World Cable Certifier desired.

Experience in the field at the cell site location doing commissioning and integration of Ericsson’ s 3106, 3206, 3418, and 3518 Node-B Cabinets.​  Prior Ericsson 2xxx series RBS experience is a plus.​  Our client would prefer to hire candidates with a current RTU2, RT1, or RT2 certification, but in some cases certification courses will be provided.

You should come to the project with the following:
A laptop with XP Pro, a mobile phone for your use on project, a reliable vehicle, basic hand tools including an RJ-45 crimp tool.
