SUMMARY

To design, code, test and deploy web applications in support of our growing network reporting and application needs

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for both front-end and back-end coding and development

2.      Site design and layout of all web sites within network infrastructure
3.      Interface with multiple departments to provide guidance in web initiatives
4.      Documentation of requirements, functional & design specification via Methods and Procedures
5.      Delivers systems and products to users by designing and presenting, developing and integrating systems, conducting testing, and providing quality assurance.

6. Develop and maintain departmental web portals for reporting and analysis

7. Support adhoc reporting requests

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Competent to work at independently to develop web applications

2. Must have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of Hands-On web development and experience

3. Demonstrated hands-on experience in the development and testing of client-server, WEB-based applications

4. Experience with XML,C#, .ASP, .NET, mySQL, SQL 2005, Web services, TSQL, IIS, FTP, SFTP

5. Familiarity with Oracle and Apache

6. Ability to lead small to mid size projects

7. Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel

8. Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop to crop, design or modify various web objects

9. Experience Performance and stress testing is a plus

10. Minimal Intranet/e-Commerce application experience

11. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
