Telecommunications Engineers are need in all WAVSYS US locations.  To qualify you should be have experience troubleshooting, forecasting and creating capacity plans for large wireless GSM networks.  AXE-10 and ATM switch knowledge is required. You should also have the ability to coordinate BSS Operations and maintenance on the GSM network and be able to troubleshoot the Node-B on a 3G Network.
