We are currently looking for a NSN RNC Engineer for a long-term contract position with roll out, ICI, and troubleshooting experience.  To qualify you should be able to perform the following tasks on a daily basis:

  • Commission and integrate NSN RNC
  • Troubleshoot Nokia RNC
  • Possess ATM/IMA knowledge and implementation capabilities
  • Be able to perform 3G signal processing

Engineering support for fault incidents include:

  • Correct RNC faults and performance degradations in the managed network
  • Responsibility to involve the development and implementation of Operations and Maintenance processes
  • Replacement of faulty units
  • Function verification in accordance with the maintenance documentation of the network element
  • Troubleshooting on a network element and its interfaces
  • Diagnostics on interfaces to locate problems in network elements and/or plug-in units
  • Failure reporting and escalation, if needed
  • Software acceptance
